নিয়মাবলী :

১) সমিতির গঠনতন্ত্রের ৩ (পরিসীমা) ও ৫ (যোগ্যতা ও মেয়াদ ) অনুচ্ছেদ অনুযায়ী আবেদনকারী সঠিক ফী  ও আবেদন পত্র পূরণের মাধ্যমে মেম্বার হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবেন।  
২) আবেদন পত্র জমা দানের সময় ফরমে ব্যক্তির নামের সাথে আইডির নাম  মিল থাকতে হবে, 
৩) আবেদন পত্রে অবশ্যই সঠিক ঠিকানা , ফোন নাম্বার ও ইমেইল এড্রেস দিতে হবে , যাতে মেম্বার আইডি  ইমেইলে অথবা ট্যাক্স করা যায় এবং প্রয়োজনে ডিজিটাল পদ্দ্বতিতে ভোট দিতে পারে।  
৪) নুতন আবেদনকারীকে সমিতির প্রাক্তন যেকোন মেম্বার এর রেফারেন্স দিতে হবে।  
৫) আবেদনকারী নিজের ফোন নাম্বার ও ইমেইল এড্রেস শুধু পরিবারের সদস্য ছাড়া অন্য কারো আবেদন পত্রে ব্যবহার করা গ্রহণযোগ্য হবেনা , করলে প্রয়োজনে আবেদন পত্র বাতিল হতে পারে। 
৬) ডাকযোগে বা অনলাইনে আবেদনপত্র জমা দিতে পারবেন।
৭) আবেদনকারীর কোন Zelle লেনদেন বা চেক বাউন্স হলে তিনি পুনরায় আবেদনের গ্রহণযোগ্যতা হারাবেন, অন্যথায় ব্যাঙ্ক ফী বা জরিমানা সহ আবেদন করতে হবে। 
৮) আবেদন পত্র জমা দিলেই সদস্যপদ চুড়ান্ত নয় , এ ক্ষেত্রে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষ যাচাই  বাছাই করে সদস্য ফরম অনুমোদন দেবেন ।  

সদস্য ফরম সংগ্রহ ও জমা দেওয়ার স্থান ও তারিখ :
আবেদনপত্র সমিতির অফিস , ওয়েবসাইট , ফেইসবুক ও কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক  অনুমোদিত নির্ধারিত স্থান থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।

Rules:

1) According to Article 3 (Areas) and 5 (Eligibility and Tenure) of the Constitution of the Association, the applicant will be considered as a member by paying the correct fee and filling the application form.
2) The name of the person in the application must match with the Govt issued ID at the time of submission of the application form.
3) The correct address, phone number and email address must be given in the application form, so that the Member ID can be emailed or texted and if necessary can vote digitally.
4) The new applicant should give reference of any former member of the association.
5) It will not be acceptable for the applicant to use his phone number and email address in the application for any other applicants other than family members, if anyone used it,  the application  may be rejected.
6) Application form can be submitted by post or online.
7) If any applicant's Zelle transaction or check bounces, he/she shall lose re-application admissibility, otherwise  bank fee or penalty shall be applied.
8) The membership is not guaranteed after submitting the application form, in this case the appropriate authority will review and approve the membership form.
